Finding Amity Through Community Giving
At Amity Yoga, we believe in nurturing not just our clients but the community as a whole. Each month, we feature a different cause and host a donation-based yoga class to support it. By integrating the support and connections we build in class with meaningful contributions to local initiatives, we embody the true spirit of yoga—creating balance and harmony both within ourselves and in the world around us. Join us in making a difference and strengthening our community together.

Why It Matters
