Before your first session, we’ll connect on a quick phone call to talk through your goals, questions, and anything you’d like us to know. This gives us a chance to get on the same page and start building a plan that works for you.
Your first session will be a chance to ease in and really understand what’s going on — in your body, in your routines, and in your life. From there, we’ll tailor each session to support your needs with intention and care.
All sessions take place in the Amity Yoga studio, where everything you need is ready for you — mats, props, equipment, and most importantly, a welcoming space.
Whether you like peaceful quiet or prefer to move with some good music, this is your time and your space.

We’ll take time to explore the purpose behind each pose and offer clear, personalized cues to help you feel confident, safe, and supported. Tweaks and adjustments are always available to make the practice work for your body.

Personal training sessions are all about helping you feel stronger, more capable, and more at home in your body — no matter where you’re starting from. Whether you’re returning to movement, building strength, improving mobility, or working toward goals like weight loss or creating more consistent healthy habits, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Your trainer will work one-on-one with you to create a personalized plan focused on your specific needs — no cookie-cutter workouts, no pressure, and no mirrors. Just thoughtful, intentional movement designed around you.
You’ll be guided through exercises with clear instruction, proper form, and plenty of modifications so everything feels safe, effective, and doable. Want to push yourself? We can do that. Need to slow things down? Absolutely.
