Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for a while, an individual, small-group, or special class session may be for you! Smaller groups and one-on-one sessions allow us to focus on specific postures, modifications, and helping you get the most out of your yoga practice. Special class sessions allow you to bring yoga to you, your people, and your schedule! Read on for more information!
One-On-One
A one-on-one session really allows us to look at yoga in your body. Focus of the session can be based on your interests and tailored to meet your needs. These sessions are typically 30-60 minutes.
Small-Group
A small-group session includes 2-4 people and is tailored to meet your needs. These are great for practicing with people you are comfortable with and introducing others to the wonderful world of yoga! Small-group sessions are typically 60 minutes.
Special Classes
Special classes are great for larger groups (6+) who want to practice together outside of the weekly scheduled classes. These can be done in studio or on site, and are great for the workplace! Special classes are typically 60 minutes.
