Course Information

This course includes 6 weeks of self-paced lessons including video instruction, PDF workbooks, weekly hands-on practice (teacher-led and self-guided), as well as dedicated journal time for intention-setting and self-reflection.

Each week’s lessons blend journaling, instruction, and physical yoga practice to nurture your mind and body. Embark on introspection through journaling as you learn more about the philosophy and benefits of yoga. Then as you step onto your yoga mat, you’ll embark on a guided physical practice. Your dedicated journal becomes a personal canvas for self-reflection and goal-setting, complementing the mindful movement on the mat. Together, these elements create a harmonious space for personal growth and well-being, providing you with tools to cultivate a strong foundation that resonates throughout the rest of the year. This workshop is designed for ALL levels, where you’ll cultivate mindfulness and physical strength. This journey lays the groundwork for a healthier, more balanced year, empowering you to navigate life with resilience and joy.
